Strategy for artists ready to level up
Artist Development & Career Consulting
Structured artist development and A&R-style consulting: repertoire, brand direction, release planning, and production oversight for artists building a real career.
Artist development is more than recording a song. It is choosing the right songs, shaping the sound, planning releases, and building a path that makes sense for where you are now. We work with emerging and independent artists who are serious about their craft and want producer-level guidance across music and career decisions.
Andrew has worked with international artists and facilitated voice and performance masterclasses for Voicebooth and Stagemilk. That combination of production craft and coaching translates into practical development: song selection, demo refinement, production direction, release readiness, and honest feedback on what is working.
Development can be a single strategy session, a multi-month program with production included, or ongoing troubleshooting on a project in progress. We scope it to your stage, whether you are preparing a first EP, refining material for labels, or fixing a record that has lost direction.

FAQ
Artist Development FAQs
Is this only for beginners?+
No. We work with beginners preparing their first professional release and with experienced artists who need a fresh producer perspective on a stuck project.
Do you act as a manager or label?+
No. We provide production and strategic consulting. We can help you prepare material for labels, managers, and playlists, but we are not a management company.
Can development include recording?+
Yes. Many artists book development as a program that includes pre-production, recording, mixing, and mastering in one scoped package.
How long does a development program run?+
Single sessions are available. Multi-month programs typically run 3 to 6 months depending on how many songs and releases you are targeting.
